  Tissue Culture Technician I

  As a tissue culture technician, I performed myeloma/splenocyte fusions for the development of monoclonal antibodies for research and development. I performed fusions using DMSO technique and by electrofusion. I performed ELISAs and prepared samples for western blot analysis for the detection of antibody secretion. I also cultured cell lines for freeze of research and master cell banks.
