  I help teams to identify ways to improve how they work in order to deliver value quicker to customers and create a positive team culture.I work with leaders to identify organisational impediments that can be removed that enable greater pace of delivery and removing the friction between teams in a large enterprise. I have also help create and design our leading in-house courses (Product Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, facilitation and leadership) which have been delivered both in person and online - we have now trained over 1000 participants.
