Fund, donor and financial Management: Develop program design documents (Project proposals) to donor countries for fund collection and negotiation assessing the area perspective. Ensure maximum satisfaction of donors and development partners through project interventions. Correspondence and negotiation with the donors about projects and share possible new innovations. Inform donors about impact and most essential interventions of community. Technical support to finance cell to prepare budget proposal and to ensure smooth financial transactions with limited audit risk.3. Monitoring, evaluation and reporting: Direct Monitoring of ongoing Income generating, awareness and advocacy activities of the projects. Supervisory support for evaluation; midterm evaluation, baseline survey, end line survey, phase evaluation and small study.
