      1. Project and program leadership and management: Lead and manage the planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of interventions of (Health, Economic development, Agriculture & environment, Disaster management) $ 3 million dollar budgeted 19 projects to achieve project and program goals. Supervisory support to prepare detail operation plan, event calendar and business plan. Prepare sustainability and transition plan for the implemented interventions. Patronize Organizing of training, meeting and seminar according to project plan.2. Fund, donor and financial Management: Develop program design documents (Project proposals) to donor countries for fund collection and negotiation assessing the area perspective. Ensure maximum satisfaction of donors and development partners through project interventions. Correspondence and negotiation with the donors about projects and share possible new innovations. Inform donors about impact and most essential interventions of community. Technical support to finance cell to prepare budget proposal and to ensure smooth financial transactions with limited audit risk.3.
