  I was selected for LED Project, then GT officials attached me to West Bengal State Rural Livelihood Mission. I served at WBSRLM in their day to day works and then State Project Manager of Farm Livelihood, Amit Saha Sir sent me to district visits, there I met all the Model Cluster Level Federations and documented their felt needs and potential action plan for the current financial year.In my entire tenure I was lucky enough to attend various state level workshops and also visited RSETIs and understood the potential aspect of convergence between SRLM,RSETI and Grant Thornton.
