      Marlei undertook responsibilities such as Administration, Client interaction which included leading film-makers to mountains to walk with two habituated troops of baboons.She became the Videographer for Baboon Matters and took on the roles of Fundraiser and Events co-ordinator as well as Trainer of tour guides.Her wildlife duties included the Capture of wild (injured) animals for hospitalisation, rehabilitation and relocation.Marlei initiated the building of several trap-cages to capture injured animals, and single-handedly fund-raised the finances and materials to build a baboon hospital as well as the equipment required to speed up the rehab process.
