      Responsible for staff recruitment & induction (Manpower planning as per AOP, Designing Job Description, Sourcing profiles (from Portals – Naukri, Timesjobs & Monster/Employee Referrals/Data Bank/Consultants/Campus Placements).-> Coordinating for interview process, pre-screening, Salary Negotiation, making / issuing offers, placement, Joining formalities.2. Performance Management System->Assisting to the Manager - HR in handling complete Performance Management System.->Identifying and Drafting Key Result Areas for managerial cadre employees.->Quarterly Review of goals, goal measures, evaluation and rating of set KRAs.->Co-ordinate with the appraisees and appraisers in timely completion of the performance appraisal process.->Documentation of the appraisal inputs given by the Appraisers and communicate the same to the Senior Manager - HR.3.
