      The migration of computer equipment with Windows 7 and XP operating systems to Windows 10 and 11 is completed. A new structure of servers with Windows Server 2019 operating system virtualized in VMWare is created to replace servers with Windows 2008R2 operating system already obsolete, which was completed in March 2022. The migration of the damaged and obsolete telephone system of 78 extensions by the Aptus telephone system, which is configured from the cloud, is completed. Migration from HP photocopiers to Xerox with greater capacity, speed and maintenance is completed. I was in the process of replacing the company's FortiGate Firewalls which were replaced by WorldNet Telecommunications. I was part of the project to connect a server behind the firewall given that, due to the manufacturer's specifications, the application that it has configured cannot have an antivirus installed because it conflicts with the network connections. As part of my daily routine, I verify the backups of all the systems in the datacenter to ensure that in case of an emergency they are available both on the local drive and in the cloud. One of my strengths is the troubleshooting part to investigate the cause of an equipment failure, whether due to connection problems, problems with the operating system, checking the wiring, checking the port configuration on the switch, etc. Vast experience in the installation, repair, configuration and restoration of computer equipment such as laptops, desktops, servers including their preventive maintenance.
