      In 2001, I embarked on a personal project by launching final_e store, initially as a seasonal job that lasted for 7 months, working 12 hours a day during the summer. My responsibilities were comprehensive, covering the organization of the store which included:Staff Management: Hiring and training staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.Operational Management: Overseeing statistics, finance, marketing, and sales to keep the business thriving.Inventory and Sales Strategy: I was in charge of all ordering processes, inventory control, sales forecasting, setting expectations, and seasonal planning, ensuring the store was always prepared for trends and customer demands.Driven by my passion for fashion and emerging trends, I aimed to cultivate my own brand of success through this venture.
