  • Started the 1st Lump Sum Turn Key Project in Kuwait (KOC LSTK) to drill & complete development horizontal oil wells (up to 14,000 ft MD) in Sabriyah & Raudhatain fields in north Kuwait.• Participated in the commissioning & acceptance phase of the drilling rigs (KDC-46, KDC-57 & SINOPEC-295), 2500 HP Rigs.• Participated in delivering the target wells to KOC client in a record timing exceeding the client’s expectations.• Team member as a Night Drilling Supervisor in the 1st successful “Casing While Drilling” operations in Kuwait: Applied CwD operations in wells (RA-716) & (SA-803) where 9-5/8” Casing was used to drill through the challenging Shuaiba Formation in the 12-1/4” hole section.   • Started the 1st Lump Sum Turn Key Project for Baker Hughes Integrated Well Services in Kuwait to drill appraisal/exploration HPHT wells with MPD technology to be delivered to KOC.• Worked as HPHT Drilling Supervisor on the 1st drilling rig in the project; Nabors (NDIL-144), 3000 HP.• Applying MPD technology for 3 sections in the well profile using Weatherford RCD on 15K BOP stack.• Drilling 1st well to a planned TD of 15,700 ft TVD with expected reservoir pressure of 14,500 psi.• Project was suspended & terminated in October 2020 while drilling 1st well due to Covid-19 pandemic.
