Along with providing software support for systems integration between Federal and civilian OTS applications, my efforts directly influenced the success of the entire Washington State Army National Guard recruiting force.Created and implemented an education campaign for new and emerging technologies to streamline the work efforts of the recruiting force.Hand selected as a leader of a regional review board, consisting of 7 states, responsible for submitting IT recommendation for National consideration and implementation. My efforts led to the modernization of the National Guard’s recruiter’s technology, such as issuing secure blackberry phones, fielding Microsoft Office 2013, and issuing lighter/faster laptops with longer battery life able to support recruiter’s technology needs in the field.
