  As a Data Analyst within the Global Transportation Team at Johnson & Johnson, my role is pivotal in driving informed decision-making across the organization's expansive project landscape. Leveraging a suite of cutting-edge tools and technologies, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, SQL or any other tool that may help me to get answers ;).As the sole Data Analyst for the Global Transportation Team, I oversee the entire portfolio, encompassing finances and project data. My role spans end-to-end processes, including data extraction, modeling, and the creation of data visualizations for the entire structure. I am also responsible for ensuring data quality and tracking potential errors in the database. Over 100 Project Managers rely on my dashboard as the primary source for tracking their project performance. Additionally, I manage the Head Count Dashboard, which is specifically designed for Leadership Directors and the VP board to monitor planned versus actual contracted employees and their key information.Moreover, I play a vital role in driving innovation and continuous improvement within the organization's project ecosystem.
