    • Countrywide Plc

      May 2017 - Nov 2023

Continuing my journey with Countrywide, I moved from Lytham St Anne’s to take charge and run a team at a newly opened branch. My role was essenQally business development for a company looking to grow and in order to do this I had to fight for each stakeholder, all who had vastly different expectations. In an economy where there was a pandemic, monetary struggles and high standards landlords wanted to make as much as possible on rent while paying ourselves a minimum. Tenants wanted to save and pay as li]le as they could all while working for a company demanding high commission figures. My plan was simple. Create a happy team and provide the best level of customer service. For me that meant making sure my staff are happy which had a knock on effect to all our stakeholders which included senior management who checked our targets to all our landlords and tenants. Satisfaction among my customers led to easy navigation among contract negotiations and in turn recommended leads appeared more frequently thanks to recommendations by both landlords and tenants. The team I created was organised, driven and passionate about providing a great service which is how we made the office work. Customers had their questions responded too and their jobs done efficiently. Property management was a priority for tenants while a weekly pipeline was discussed and worked on daily and discussed in morning meetings at the start of every day so every member of staff knew what they had to do.Overall the office sales build, customer relaQons and staff happiness was a success and I’m proud of what I achieved. Show less As a Lettings Negotiator for Entwistle Green, I worked as part of an agency with a century’s worth of estate agency experience but who is also part of Countrywide - the UK’s largest agent. Equipped with the best training, huge resources and a wealth of experience working for this company has been a tremendous privilege. Teaching me the art of not just lettings but negotiations as a whole I worked in Lytham St Anne’s for two and half years starting as a trainee to become an integral part of the office team. Sales and negotiation is the primary job role while working to strict targets. Winning properties, managing them and keeping all shareholders happy during the entire lettings cycle was my job role and I loved it. Show less
