After the accusation of a large manufacturing property 1.4 mil sf of structure and 160+ acres, I volunteered to oversee the clean up and project management of the demolition and reconstruction of the property to turn it into a large industrial warehouse. One of the buildings roughly 205, 000 sf had serious structural damage from a tornado that hit in 2017. We are currently reconstructing that building for a large international tenant.
