The outcome of this task force was an Institutional Research-produced retention analysis identifying student risk factors affecting retention that has been used to develop retention strategies university-wide.-At the request of the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for Student Success, I lead an opportunity analysis and subsequent launch of a varsity esport program at SCAD Savannah, the first varsity esport program at an Art and Design institution in the country.-Conducted a complete assessment of an electronic platform used to track student concerns and providedrecommendations for improving outcomes.
