  As the Director of Product Delivery, I am responsible for enabling our Development team to deliver GA, Beta, and Maintenance releases of Exago BI in scope and on time using Agile project management methodologies. I plan and assign the development work that goes into each of our 3-week sprints, which conclude with the release of 2-3 maintenance builds as well as measured progress (via Vertical Slicing) on new feature development for our next major release. With these tasks, I'm also responsible for communicating any important updates on bug fix and/or enhancement ETAs with Product, Technical Support, and Customer Success. I meet with the Exago executive team on a weekly basis to provide them with stakeholder updates on our feature development progress: noting any project risks, changes to ETA, demo new functionality, share design mock-ups, and discuss any major changes in product direction that require signoff from the team.
