Re-Designed architecture of the system to adhere to Kaman standards and to allow for scalability as the system will be growing with the Infor ERP system.• Lead Architect for Oracle Commerce 11.2 Upgrade project which is the backend support system for the Kaman Direct website that integrates with our Infor Sx and Lawson ERP systems.• Lead Architect for Kaman Fluid Power Salesforce to CRM Migration where I acted as the Architect and Technical Project Manager to migrate a Kaman Company from the Salesforce cloud application to an in-house Microsoft Dynamics CRM application. This included CRM development and a large data migration.• Lead Architect for Kofax Upgrade Project which is an application that takes in invoices and various documents from different sources and funnels it into the Onbase application for processing and document management.• Lead Architect for the Peak Initiative. Architected the system design of the Peak pricing analytics system which is a custom built system that pulls in feeds from our various ERP systems and analyzes our pricing across Kaman’s branches andprovides suggested pricing.   Guest Lecturer in INST 270 – Justice in a Pluralistic Society course. This interdisciplinary course concerns the philosophical, religious, and societal complexities involving the concept of justice and its social application. Primary focus will be in the United States of America and on the issues that regularly affect its socio-political structures. Biblical and faith-related resources will be called upon to reflect on past and present life situations as well as attitudes and values from which we declare justice. Differing theories of justice will be called upon to give conversations angles of approach. The course will encourage further development of personal worldviews through better understanding of the complexities of the world in terms of race, culture, gender, and class as well as structured societal interactions.
