      As an Network Engineer at Tata Communications(off-roll), I managed around 60+ customers and their 2000+ links in MPLS (PE-CE) cloud. I was responsible for notifying customers about any planned maintenance activity scheduled by our provider and for conducting an impactanalysis for affected devices before notifying them. I have knowledge of all routing protocols like OSPF, BGP and WAN technologies. And I have also worked on planned maintenance activities handled by third-party providers and notified international customersvia planned activity change tickets about maintenance activity.
