  IT Meet Lead Organizer

  This is my very first event, as an organizer.IT Meet is one of the biggest tech events, that is organized by Kathmandu University Computer Club along with the Senior year student. As I am in second year, I got a chance to organize this event with my senior - as I am part of KUCC. In this event along side my seniors I helped in organizing different Software competition stall, facilitating them with internet service, electricity (basically all the things that is need for any competition) .I contacted and dealt with sponsors, managed event logistics and timetables, and made sure my organizing team was informed of the most latest information.   In KUCC the position of Treasurer has a big responsibility in major decision making. As club treasurer, I help my board member in various big event decision making along with handling all the financial updates which was pass to me from many decades.In my tenure, we were able to host Major league Hacking (MLH) event which is consider as one of the biggest digital hackathon events which was held in Nepal. Basically, in my tenure, I help in maintaining all the club financial statement and as a club head helping all my juniors in there academic as well as organizing different workshop which is basically need for my juniors to get start in there career .   Organizer-Head of Finance and Sponsorship

  I worked as a Head of Finance and Sponsorship where we were able to host Major league Hacking (MLH) event which is consider as one of the biggest digital hackathon events which was held in Nepal. Basically, in this event, I contributed my part by,i) Estimating the budget and breaking down it into many categories which helped us to make general prediction of event budget.ii) Arranging sponsorship from different national and international company and allocating different price category.iii) Relocating and rearranging Human Resources in different field that was needed for MLH event.iv) And In general, maintaining all the financial statement and helping in major decision making situation and made sure that my organizing team was kept up to date with latest information.
