  Duties Included: Taking calls from the council, tradesmen and council tenants in regards to maintenance issues within the tenants properties. Making sure the correct information is inputted onto each database and make sure the Tradesmen are covering the correct jobs that the Resource manager distributes them to. Also have been dealing with all quoted licensed asbestos job. This involves booking out for companies to quote for removal of asbestos, approving the quotes and making sure the company gets paid. I also update a spread sheet with all this information in case its needed for measures or any future issues which may occur. Show less
