      Straight out of University I got a job at ASOS as my first full time position. I used my previous role at ASOS as a stepping stone and an opportunity to gain real life experience of the working world. My role involved communicating with customers via email, live chat and phone then investigating their issue using the resources available. On a daily basis I had to retrieve/collect accurate information and relay it back to the customers. I also had to handle confidential information and comply with GDPR laws to ensure data was kept secure & protected. I believe I gained valuable skills such as issue diagnosis, self-confidence and professionalism needed for any job role. Show less

      My role as an lead coach is to plan and execute exercise classes. We work with overweight men who have been referred by their GPs. The goal of the scheme is to help the participants lose 5% of their overall body weight.

These responsibilities include maintaining diaries and client appointments for all departments in the health club. I am also responsible for updating excel workbooks and ensuring all details inputted are accurate.
