  • I am responsible for both the educational success and satisfaction of students throughout their English learning journey in the biggest center in Tianjin, which has over 1500 students. I’m in charge of the entire service team in the center with over 20 local and foreign service staff members, broken down into three sub-teams, coordinating communication between all of them.• My job requires me to build and develop a service team whose primary role is to enable students to reach their learning objectives. I am responsible for the day to day running of the center, including; scheduling, management of the service budget, generating internal sales, customer service, HR (hiring, training, overseeing and developing the service staff), and quality control.• I am required to be in constant communication with the Centre Director, who manages the sales team.
