Function testing, current calibration of PCB's & Units. Processing New Products through the build process, problem solving new processes, quality checks on all parts, i also rework PCB's & Units when required. Have also worked on flexible PCB's, hand soldering surface mount components as small as 0402 onto small batches of boards. Performing batch testing before sending to finished goods, packing and arranging product batches ready for shipping to customers. Booking in stock, stock rotation & stock taking. I also investigate customer returns and feed back all information to the engineering Dept. I also upgrade firmware for PCB units when required, and have also learned to adapt to different situation within the company i work for and new challenges as they arise, by way of helping in different Depts.
