  As the Property Manager, I was responsible for an affordable/tax credit property. In addition to this property, I managed a secondary property during the last half of my tenure. It was my responsibility to prepare both communities for purchase by correcting the financials and the operational procedures being used. This would also include a major rehab project to bring all down units up to rentable standards. Once the community hit stride, I was transferred to take over a luxury boutique mid-rise community.   As the Regional Property Manager I was in charge of multiple properties. These properties ranged in asset classes, building types, and clients. My portfolio consisted of over 1,700 units, and over 21 team members. Operationally, I oversaw all of the budget process, prepared monthly financials, hired team members, and held weekly and monthly owner calls. During my 3 years as the regional I oversaw four dispositions, one acquisition, and four management changes.   Regional Manager

  As the Regional Manager I am in charge of all of the owned build-to-rent assets over several markets. Of the six properties, four are in lease-up, and two are stabilized. I work with the development team on preparing delivery schedules, unit acceptance walks, and warranty claims. I also work with hiring teams for all of the locations. I hold weekly owner meetings with our clients and our internal executive team on progress and status of each asset in my portfolio. Operationally, I put together marketing plans, setup all contracts, and purchase any signage for the incoming properties. In addition, I oversee the daily operations in regards to payroll, AP approvals, lease management, financial reporting, and overall business and leasing goals for all six properties. Show less
