My work significantly enhanced the efficiency of the KO team and directly improved the customer experience.- KO Reservation System Development: Co-developed and co-designed the KO reservation system to replace Calendly, reducing integration costs and overcoming its limitations. This new system met stakeholder goals and enhanced user experience by automatically adding reservations to their calendars.# Key Responsabilities:- Developed Knowledge Officer platform services using React. My contributions included creating XML reports, building SQL queries for data extraction, automating report generation with cronjobs, and ensuring timely updates.
