      • Extracted the culture model or the gut microbe data from the virtual metabolic human database of 818, followed the genome-scale metabolic models, performed the dynamic flux balance analysis, and solved computationally using MATLAB.• Optimized the minimum medium and essential nutrient requirements by simulating the bioreactor with varying operating conditions which reduced the essential carbon source requirement by 33.33% for the bacteria, and the production rate increased by 20%.• Experimented the bioreactor with a combination of raw materials and syngas (CO/H2/CO2) stream with N2 as an inert gas using the combination of the acetogen with different microbes or strains which feed on gases with the aid of gasification and subsequently fermented it into sustainable hydrocarbons to maximize the biochemical production with better yield and cost optimization. This included bioreactors ranging up to 25L at the lab scale, up to 3000L at the pilot scale, and up to 70,000L at the commercial scale. • Developed and improved microbial strains by exploring robust process conditions and working collaboratively with the Microbiology team for the successful implementation of experiments at the lab scale to achieve production rates. • Prepared and documented detailed reports and presentations to communicate results with thorough data analysis, findings, and process improvements to stakeholders.
