  Was originally hired as a buser, however within a few weeks was able to work myself up to becoming a server that goes above and beyond the guests expectation for service. I was in charge of greeting guests by last name, as well as provided them water, towels, and take any food and drink orders. In addition, I was required to keep updated knowledge on chefs special and food menus.

  I was originally hired as a buser, but shortly made my way into becoming a host, as well as a server when needed. As a host I was required to open and close the Hyatts grab and go market, these tasks included quality control of the perishable food items, coffee, etc. In addition, I was in charge of money handling for the market and to go items, as well as answering the phones for room service and to go orders.

  Spa associates tasks included a variety of different tasks, such as opening and closing the spa in a timely manner, as well as answering emails, voicemails, phones calls and customers questions or requests. In addition, was required to sell memberships for the spa and must convert at least 10% of non members to members and I would be consistently above 20% and top two in sales.
