       Guarantee the preparation and upkeep of all the quality-related certification: group standard certification (ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000), certification required by customers (ethical/religious- HALAL, etc.) or local authorities.  Guarantee the planning and management of follow ups to group (DQG) and plant internal audits.  Monitor the KPIs and interact on the progress of the action plans with the plant manager and the plant team as well as the Central Departments.
