In this internship, I learn to work as a team without focusing entirely on myself. I also develop patience in any situation.• My internship experience makes me more responsible and accountable for what decisions I make and how I execute what’s been allocated to me.• It helps me learn to manage my time better by maintaining a balance between my work and personal life, without harming any of them.• Internship provides a nice learning curve for me with little experience of the professional world.• My internship did not only encourage personal development but also a greater understanding of myself.• This internship gave me a chance to explore what a career under UPTSU would be like. Sometimes, reality does not meet expectations. • Being an intern gives me more opportunities to build connections with company professionals that can be very beneficial for my future career.• Learning office Jargon, the art of small talk, and the decorum an office environment demands take time and exposure.
