  During my time as General Manager at Expose Your Self USA, I oversaw the art, printing, production, and installation departments. I was responsible for hiring and training graphic artist, printing, and production team members. Under my management the company grew 25% during a national economic period of stress. During that time, my team and I where responsible for gaining and solidifying business relationships with clients such as Spirit Airlines, Scope Art Fair, and Hill York.My daily responsibilities included creating schedules for employees and planning installation dates with customers, keeping inventory, conducting meetings with the sales team and department heads to ensure deadlines where met.During my time as the Senior Graphic Artist at Expose Your Self USA, I was responsible for measuring vehicles and designing custom wraps. This included a wide range of vehicles: cars, vans,buses, RV's, food trucks, and airplanes. I would mentor new artist and train them on company methodologies. During this time we grew from a 2 man design team to having 6 full time artist. Delegating tasks to the design team was part of my daily responsibilities. Show less
