  I was given the fantastic opportunity working as a Recruitment consultant for City Resource LTD - a Peterborough based recruitment agency that prides itself on service excellence. With recruitment specialists within engineering, technical, industrial, commercial and logistics sectors our Peterborough based head office can provide excellent services across all sectors.I have the responsibility of heading up the main Industrial / ‘Search and Select’ sector of the business; growing my client base for both temporary and permanent positions, developing a good relationship with clients and demonstrating a good understanding their business requirements, building their confidence and trust in my ability to represent them, advertising for positions and attracting candidates, screening applicants and interviewing potential candidates, and then presenting the candidates to the client with a full feedback and review of the client.A large proportion of the role is telephone sales and customer service based to both clients and candidates as well as keeping all client, candidate and job documentation well organised. This helps everything move forward smoothly and efficiently, and ultimately, to successfully fill both temporary and permanent positions to build my client relationships and successfully meet weekly targets.
