Upcoming prospects

Overview

The Upcoming Prospects acts as a continuously updated pool of potential leads that closely match the targeting criteria defined in your campaign.

Based on the filters selected during campaign creation, Deep Enrich automatically identifies and shortlists relevant profiles that fit your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). These prospects are not yet part of your campaign, giving you the flexibility to review, manage, and decide which contacts should be revealed and added to your outreach workflow.

Think of Upcoming Prospects as a smart lead queue that keeps your campaign supplied with fresh, qualified prospects without requiring manual prospecting.

How Upcoming Prospects Work

When a campaign is created, Deep Enrich automatically searches for profiles that match your selected targeting criteria, including:

  • Job Title
  • Company
  • Keywords
  • Seniority Level
  • Other campaign-specific filters

Based on these criteria, the system creates a pool of highly relevant prospects for your campaign.

1. Dynamic Prospect Pool

The Upcoming Prospects pool is automatically maintained and refreshed by the system.

Whenever a prospect is:

  • Revealed
  • Purchased
  • Added to a campaign list
  • Removed from the pool

Deep Enrich automatically replaces that profile with another matching prospect.

This ensures that your campaign always has a fresh set of qualified leads available for review.

2. Reviewing Prospects

Each prospect card provides essential information to help you evaluate whether the profile is relevant to your campaign.

Information may include:

  • Prospect Name
  • Job Title
  • Company Name

Based on this information, you can decide whether to:

  • Reveal contact details
  • Add the prospect to a list
  • Apply tags
  • Skip the profile
  • Report the profile

3. Skipping Prospects

If a prospect isn't relevant to your campaign, you can skip it.

When a profile is skipped:

  • It is removed from the active prospect pool.
  • A new matching prospect is automatically added in its place.
  • The skipped profile is moved to the Skipped section.

If you accidentally skip a profile or decide it's relevant later, click Undo immediately after skipping the profile.

4. Revealing Contact Details

To unlock a prospect's contact information:

  • Select the prospect.
  • Click Show Contact.
  • Show Contact
  • Choose whether you want to reveal:
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Both Email and Phone Number

Once the contact is revealed:

  • Contact details become visible.
  • Credits are consumed based on the selected contact details.
  • The contact can be added directly to a list.
  • Existing tags can be applied.
  • The revealed prospect is removed from the Upcoming Prospects pool.
  • A new matching prospect is automatically added to maintain the pool size.

5. Managing Multiple Prospects

You can perform actions on multiple prospects simultaneously to save time and streamline campaign management.

Use the checkboxes to select one or more prospects.

Once selected, you can:

  • Show Contact Details for multiple prospects at once.
  • Choose whether to reveal Email Addresses, Phone Numbers, or Both.
  • Add selected prospects to a list using the Save to List option.
  • Apply existing tags for better organization and segmentation.
  • Resend selected prospects to your configured webhook URL or via email.

These actions help you manage large prospect volumes more efficiently.

6. Reporting Prospects

If you come across a prospect that appears:

  • Irrelevant to your campaign
  • Outside your target audience
  • Incorrectly matched

You can report the profile directly from the Upcoming Prospects section.

This feedback helps improve profile matching accuracy and campaign quality over time.

7. Profile Types

Use the Profile Type Filter at the top of the page to switch between different prospect views.

Profile Types
New

This is the default view. It displays prospects that match your campaign criteria and have not been revealed or skipped. These prospects are available for immediate review and action.

Skipped

This view contains profiles that have been marked as unsuitable or irrelevant. Skipped profiles are removed from the active prospect pool but can be restored at any time and will not participate in campaign enrichment unless restored.

Revealed

This view contains prospects whose contact information has already been unlocked. These contacts have been purchased using credits and no longer appear in the New prospect pool. You can continue managing them from the Lists section of your dashboard.

Automated Campaign Enrichment

Upcoming Prospects work together with your campaign automation settings.

During campaign setup, you define:

  • The number of leads to acquire
  • The frequency at which leads should be added

For example:

  • 10 prospects every 6 hours
  • 25 prospects every 12 hours
  • 50 prospects per day

Based on these settings, Deep Enrich automatically:

  • Selects matching prospects from the Upcoming Prospects pool
  • Reveals contact details according to campaign settings
  • Consumes the required credits
  • Adds contacts to your designated campaign list
  • Replenishes the pool with new matching prospects

This automation ensures a continuous flow of qualified leads into your campaign while reducing manual effort.
