Upcoming prospects

How to Invite

The Upcoming Prospects section provides a preview of the most relevant and best-matching profiles, based on the filters you've applied while creating your campaign. These profiles are not yet part of your campaign but are shortlisted as potential leads. It helps you review, manage, and control who gets added to your campaign list.

Best-Suited Profile Pool

The system maintains a dynamic pool of profiles that are the closest match to your selected campaign filters.

  • These profiles are filtered by the system as per rules set in the campaign.
  • The pool is regularly updated based on your actions whenever you skip or buy a profile, a new one is added in its place
  • It acts as a buffer list where you can screen and filter profiles before they enter your campaign.
How to Invite

Each profile in the list includes options to either Buy(Show details) or Skip

  • By clicking "Show Contact," you reveal the contact details of a profile (or multiple profiles), which are then unlocked and directly added to your desired list—either by selecting a list or tagging the purchased contact (if the tag already exists). The revealed profile will be removed (churned) from the pool, and a new profile(s) will be added to maintain the contact count.
How to Invite
  • Skipping a profile removes it from the pool and replaces it with another relevant one. If you skip a profile by mistake or change your mind, you can click Undo to immediately reverse the action. Alternatively, you can use the Skipped profile type filter to locate the profile and restore it back into the pool using the Restore option.

Profile Type Filter

At the top of the section, there is a filter that allows you to switch between different profile types.

How to Invite
  • New: These are untouched profiles that haven’t been revealed or skipped yet. They represent the active list of potential leads available for review. This is the default view of the Upcoming Prospects section.
  • Skipped: This view contains profiles you’ve marked as not suitable. Skipping helps eliminate undesired or irrelevant leads. However, if you wish to bring back any of the skipped profiles, you can do so by clicking the Restore button shown next to each profile. Once restored, the profile will be added back to the main pool.
  • Revealed: Profiles that have been purchased and added to your campaign list. These no longer appear in the Upcoming Prospects pool. You can view them in the List section of your dashboard.

Additionally, while setting up your campaign, you define how many leads should be added and how frequently (for example, 10 profiles every 6 hours). Based on this frequency, the system automatically purchases, reveals, and moves profiles from the Upcoming Prospects pool into your campaign list at the scheduled intervals. This automation ensures a consistent enrichment of leads over time, with minimal manual effort.
