   Manage all Quayside and Building maintenance (planned and ad-hoc) handled without impacting the vessel’s ability to be at sea. Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine building inspections to identify possible issues. Assist with landscape maintenance and intensive cleaning tasks, this includes the outside areas around the building as well. Ensure backup generators are serviced and maintained according to the schedule. Minimal use of external contractors cost effectively in line with budget.  Manage J&M cleaning contractors on site. Ensure that cleaning is done according to SLA. Arrange and attend site meetings and walkabouts.
