   Upgrading the tools, I was involved in a project for the tools upgrade from BPM 2.7.8 to the BPM 2.9, and also in the BEM upgrade to 7.4. We have successfully completed the upgrade. Went to Singapore for managing a crisis in the project. Ensuring the 24*7 availability of the tools, helping the team members technically and in a motivational way for the betterment of the project. Managing the current increased team size of 8.  Client interactions, requirement gathering and providing solutions Troubleshooting the problems, working with the third party vendor, for troubleshooting if required Received appreciations from the client for my work and dedication. Planning and performing the maintenance activities to install the patches provided by BMC with the minimum service downtime.
