Jun 2016 - Jul 2016Resident AdvisorSummer program for rising seniors in high school from all over the state of Kentucky.I oversaw 18 men as their Resident Advisor. I monitored my floor of students' behavior. I led small group discussions concerning issues from privilege to discrimination with a small group of 20 students. I led different clubs and activities for the scholars like caregiver and role model. Along with the other RA's, we led community building through club activities and events through out the program.
