  -React to clients’ requests promptly and precisely. -Handle B2B travel packages inside UAE for groups & individuals. -Handle tailor made tours requests. -Prepare quotations and plan itineraries for tours. -Handle requests for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Maldives, Turkey, and Egypt via trusted partners. -Communicate with hotels, restaurants, suppliers, and different touristic attractions to ensure the best deals for the company & clients. -Coordinate with the tour leaders & tour guides to help clients with their special requests. -Addressing client inquiries and complaints during the tour, resolving any issue that may raise to ensure smooth operation of the tour. -Issue invoices and vouchers. -Maintain follow up system of quoted requests to the clients, to achieve maximum matrelization. -Follow up payments of clients for confirmed business. -Keep an eye on the deadlines.-Carry out tasks of a tour leader; escorting guests from Airport to Hotels and vice versa and facilitating hotel’s process of Check-in/out, revising the guest's documentation to ensure smooth operation, explain the itinerary day by day providing information on logistic arrangements & brief of the tours, accompanying guests in certain excursions, selling optional tours, responding to emergencies and unexpected situations during tours and coordinating with the operations department if needed.
