  I started a new position with new responsibilities. Some of the things we have done with our team during this period:✅ We were involved in the "Otomall.az" website project. We developed all the content of the site, the menu system, as well as the blog pages. After the launch, we moved the site from the beta version to the main version by conducting continuous debug tests.✅ We updated the company's "Google My Business" profile. We have created "Google Analytics", "Google Tag Manager" and "Yandex Metrica" ​​accounts. We have researched and tried to improve the traffic sources and user experience of the website.✅ We defined the social media identity of the brand. We made adjustments based on this identity on all social media channels. We activated the "LinkedIn" account and started sharing content continuously.✅ We prepared a rebranding project for "Otomall". We thought of new font, new colors, new style and new creative ideas. In the end, the project was not realized due to lack of resources, but the preparation process was very compelling for me. Show less It was a very interesting experience to be a part of the brand's research and development projects. Some of the work we did was:✅ We developed the "Otobot" project by creating automated algorithms on the "Manychat" platform. We improved the bot with questions based on different hypotheses. Based on the most frequently asked and most searched queries, we have provided the bot with thousands of keywords.✅ Filtering requests from social media, as well as preparing standardized answers to frequently asked questions and presenting them on an autoresponder bot.✅ We optimized the brand's social media channels ("Facebook", "Instagram", "WhatsApp"). We worked on the integration of requests from different channels into a single CRM system. Show less

  I joined Ali Khayyam and DJ Tural's "Sohbatgah" journey in the 8th month of this project. Although we worked together on this project for 6 months, we did a lot of valuable work in terms of content creation:✅ We passed about 50 videos through sound-mixing and video-editing processes. In addition to basic video editing, I also prepared content adapted to social media dimensions.✅ I prepared designs, scheduled posts, wrote description texts, created video chapters for sharing on social media channels and on the "YouTube" platform.✅ I constantly monitored the analytics of videos on the "YouTube" platform. Also, I reviewed the appeals and comments received on the videos and responded to them.✅ We conducted research on special topics, prepared rich contents and presented them to "Patreon" subscribers of "Sohbatgah".
