AC 25.954-1). The report used a combination of test results, similarity statements and qualitative statements to justify the resulting FAA approval.Coordinated with other engineers to generate test plans and test reports for 14 CFR 25.993 and 25.994 for crashworthiness of fuel lines. Lead the discussion with regulatory authorities which revised the propulsion certification plan from using similarity into using test for compliance. Authored certification reports for 14 CFR 25.993 and 25.994 for crashworthiness of fuel lines. Communicating and coordinating Safran to develop and create Fuel Tank Ignition Risk (FTIR) evaluation reports for fuel valves in support of 25.981 and 25.954.Developed test plans and witnessed tests for fuel icing, working with suppliers, to support regulations 14 CFR 25.951, 25.952 for G500, G600, G700, G800. Repeat test failures combined with redirection from FAA resulted in the request and approval of a 3-year exemption.
