No fatalities or Aircraft/Engine damage occurred on my watch.● Witnessed, recorded, evaluated and communicated results of engine performance tests. (ground test only).● Performed daily borescope inspections on the compressor, combustion and turbine sections. Repeat test failures combined with redirection from FAA resulted in the request and approval of a 3-year exemption.
