  Production Technologist, Zeitco (JV of Devon/ Dana Petroleum), Egypt.• I participated with the steering team in preparing the Artificial Lift Study of Zeitco “C” Platform. The study was based on comparing the ESP to the hydraulic JP system as the gas-lift was not an option due to the shortage in the gas quantities. The recommendation and final report pointed out that the ESP was more viable than the hydraulic JP system.• As a production technologist; one of my responsibilities was to make single-well model and nodal analysis for the producing offshore wells on Zeitco “A” and “C” Platforms using PERFORM software and also to advise the optimization way if any. This includes debottleneck any restriction like a wrong choke size, high system pressure, downhole restrictions…etc.• I also led the task of artificial lift designs, sizing and evaluating of well performance especially for ESP, jet pump and sucker rod pumping wells.• For The Hydraulic Jet Pump system in Zeitco, my duty was and still is:1. Monitoring jet pump wells performance, troubleshooting any problems either related to downhole or surface components besides taking the corrective measures.2. Optimizing well production by different jet pump combinations (Nozzles and Mixing tubes) and also using different JP techniques like normal and reverse circulation installation with optimizing the surface injection parameters.3. Selecting the proper surface equipment and connections and hook-up for safe and efficient lifting by Jet Pump system.• Preparing and witnessing of all well intervention operations programs including rig and rigless operations as Pulling and running Conventional and ESP completions, all wireline operations (E-Line, Slickline & Braided line), cased hole logging, PLT, perforation (TCP & Thru-Tubing), coiled tubing N2 lifting Show less Offshore Production Engineer, Zeitco (JV of Ocean Energy /Devon), Egypt. Involved in all production operations and activities especially the offshore ones with paying more attention to the issues of well control and maintaining the production facilities and utilities.   Production technology Consultant for PetroAlam Company, Egypt (JV of Vegas). • Leading the production optimization operation for the producing wells especially the ESP wells, hydraulic jet Pump wells and sucker-rod pumping (SRP) wells.• This includes monitoring, controlling, analyzing and troubleshooting the AL methods via real-time optimization tools. For example; the ESP real-time data attained from the “Lift-watcher” was stylized to intervene in the proper time to control/ change the running parameters of the ESP, reduce the downtime, maximize the production and so prolong the ESP lifetime. • Also, I introduced the hydraulic jet pump system in PetroAlam fields instead of some failed ESPs which reduced the replacement cost of the AL compared to the ESP and saved the workover cost.• In addition, I prepared and witnessed completion and testing program for some oil and gas wells in PetroAlam Field. Participated with the well integrity team to define a leaking problem in a TRSCSSV in a high-production gas well.• In addition, I was responsible for all the paper work especially the tendering process and issuing the service agreements and material requisitions.   • Leading the Production Technology & Artificial Lift Team in monitoring well performance & optimize wells' production through well modeling & de-bottleneck any restrictions.• Design & Analysis of different cased-hole logs especially PLT & RST.• Design & supervision of major well operations such as well completion & testing, workover and well intervention operation including WL & CT.• Specialized in thru-tubing fishing operations using braided line and CT.• One of the main responsibilities is to participate in implementing FDP for new fields from the reservoir-to-tank and selecting the early production facility that is used temporarily till building the company facility.• Participate in selecting the proper chemical treatment to enhance the well production with maximizing the NPV and with the minimum cost. The recent case is to participate with a multi-discipline team to prepare a TBRA (Task-Based Risk Assessment) for an offshore well that has a parted tubing below a failed SCSSV.• Handle all the tendering process related to Petroleum Engineering work.   Senior Production Technologist at Schlumberger – North Kuwait (NK) Jurassic Gas Development Project:Working with KOC North Kuwait Jurassic Gas Development Group to cover HPHT operations. My responsibilities included:• Working within the Rigless Unit as member of the Operational Team#1 (GFDG-TI) to prepare for and follow up the different rigless activities of NKJG HPHT Wells including but not limited to wireline operations (Perforation, PLT...etc), CT clean-out, milling and lifting operations, stimulation activities…etc.• Contributing with other operational units especially the Stimulation Unit & Completion Unit in planning and preparing for completion, stimulating and testing activities of NKJG wells especially for Monobore completions and multistage “MSC” completions including: “Plug and Perf” technique using common plugs used with 4.5” & 5” monobores. Multistage Completion “MSC” using Frac Ports & degradable balls & Elemental technology Stimulation of long interval multi-zones using chemical diverters either Visco-Elastic or Particulate technologies.• Performing special tasks assigned by the Team Leader. Some examples of the completed tasks are:1. Reviewing & collecting PLT surveys to determine the zonal contribution on the field level and utilize it for building cum contribution per flow zone especially FZ-2.2. Studying the possibility of adding new perfs in the FZs interbedded with or underlain by Anhydrite with highlighting that no clear relation is proven between adding perfs close to Anhydrite & increasing H2S or WC levels.
