      Taught all NBCD training classes to all personnel in first Marine Wing Communications Squadron - 18, 1st Battalion, 5th Marines, and then the 14th Artillery Regiment. Conducted operational readiness exercises to evaluate and demonstrate proper donning and clearing of personal protective equipment to include the gas mask and CPOG, identification of nuclear, chemical, or biological agents, decontamination techniques for both personnel and equipment, and monitor & survey missions. Served as information presenter of battlefield conditions to the Combat Control Center in times of Nuclear, Biological, or Chemical threat. Maintained both personal and equipment radiation measuring/detection devices. Maintained chemical protective over-garments whether warehoused in garrison or in embarkation storage while on deployment. Conducted all annual Mask Confidence Exercises for entire Squadron/Battalion. Maintained all calibration records on all personal dosimeters and radiation detection devices. Show less

Managed the construction of 8 - 10 highly customized Huntington Homes on a day to day basis. Carried the warranty for all houses in the previous two phases of Bridlewood and for all houses I built.In charge of ensuring that all houses were constructed on time, in budget, and according to all Huntington Homes specifications for quality material installation. Responsible for ensuring that all Mortgage Commitments are received and that final loan approvals are completed for smooth closing transactions. Performed weekly production, warranty, sales, and marketing meetings for the community. Managed all overhead budgets for the community. Negotiated contracts and hired new contractors.
