  In the 6 years that I was employed by Harry Corry, our store had a 35% growth in Sales while our footfall growth during this period was 13%. While still in recession in 2013 and 2014 our store managed to show growth in sales of 12% and 13%. I believe these changes were achieved through a change in the mindset of management team and style of management. This change involved the introduction of training, coaching and self-assessments for individual staff members to help them improve their performance and work output, and with emphasis on the delivery of excellent Customer Services. In this role my duties included: the day to day management of the store, monitoring & achieving KPI's, Staff Training/Development/Recruitment/Assessments, Developing Rotas, Office Management & Banking.
