  Process optimization of wedge Wire Bond process for Decawatt Package (DPAK) - •Wire Threading Pathway Attachment Project-Proposed a prototype attachment for Wedge Wire Bond machine (Thin Wire) to improve wire threading pathway at the bond head. Prototype was 3D printed in PLA and installed with Bond Head, design looked promising. -Attachment will help aid in automating the wire feeding process as it usually requires manual threading by operators.-With the attachment wire is no longer exposed as it will be contained within the attachment which helps prevent wire break and contamination.-Possibility to shorten scheduled down time when Changing Wire/Changing Device.•Heatsink Clamp New Design-Prepared a new design for Clamp with front and rear supports to prevent it from swaying when screw of clamp gets loose.-Prototype was 3D printed in PLA and tested on Bridge-Final CAD design and 2D drawings were given to supplier for fabrication.•Anvil Levelness Project-Proposed to integrate the concept of auto bed levelling in 3D printing into Anvil Levelness in Wire Bonding by having the Bond Head measure z height difference based on assigned location points on Anvil, form a contoured topography map of Anvil, develop a firmware and feedback data to Bond Head to have it offset itself in the z-axis based on contour map formed.
