  At Xylem I started to work as an accountant and was then promoted to Group Manager for Financial Reporting and Control. I was responsible for a group of 6 employees. Apart from working with monthly closings we supported the organization with budgets, forecasts and analysis. Among other duties were intercompany reconciliations, taxes, salaries, currencies, SOX, analysis of different HQ functions and reconciliations of different side systems to the General Ledger.   I worked for a consultancy firm in Växjö. I spent about 50% of my time working towards a company group with a turnover of more than 900 MSEK. I handled the accounting for the parent company in the group and for some of the subsidiaries. I also consolidated the Group accounting. P/L on a monthly basis and P/L, B/S and cash-flow on a quarterly basis and the annual report for the Group accounting. I also worked with budgets, forecasts and analysis. I had regular contacts with auditors and banks for the company group.   JOOL Invest AB is owner of several companies within finance and manufacturing industry. The financial part consists of JOOL Capital Partner AB which is the parent company for several subsidiaries and branches in different countries. The industrial part consists of the subsidiaries ESS-ENN Timber AB, Tibro Sågverk AB as well as the associated companies Lessebo Paper AB and Zanders Paper GmbH. Since March 2016 I was CFO for JOOL Invest AB/JOOL Capital Partner AB and since April 2017 in addition also for Lessebo Paper AB. Among other things I worked with Group accounting, monthly, quarterly and yearly closings, cash/treasury management, analysis, annual reports, tax and VAT reports, transfer pricing, managing audits and ISO audits.I was also CFO and responsible for the Group Accounting for Grundingen Fastighets AB (publ), a property developer group with 16 subsidiaries.
