  I am directly responsible for 30 to 100 employees at a time. I teach, coach and mentor all employees in great customer service as well as all aspects of their individual jobs duties utilizing improvement management skills. Building labor projections and sales projection. Read and understand all aspects of a P&L report. Established a no shrink culture within the stores which resulted in cutting the shrink numbers in my last three stores. Through leadership and awareness at my current store we have raised our safety audit scores to the top of the Southwest area. Very adaptive skills utilized tough remodels and store conversions. Perform hiring, scheduling and evaluations of employee performances. Compete and maintain all compliances issues.
