  Event Coordinator in charge of Submissions & Digital Strategy

  Identification & selection of the most beautiful advertising (press / poster, TV / cinema / web) produced by agencies around the world in general interest subjects, in order to create a unique exhibition presented in preview at the Cannes International Advertising Festival. This exhibition then travels internationally to raise visitors' awareness on sustainable development major challenges.Tasks overview: 1 – Collection/Marketing/Input: in charge of contacting potential participants and encouraging them to submit their advertising campaigns, thus ensuring the collection and follow-up of around 100 files. Indexing and entering advertising campaigns into the database.2 – Production/Manufacturing: participation in the research, requests for quotations and commercial negotiations with service providers/partners for the production of the exhibition and promotional elements (T-shirts, flyers, goodies...). Follow-up of production and quality control. Video editing.3 – Communication/Community management: in charge of the social networks and participation in the drafting of press releases and newsletters.4 – Event / Logistics: in charge of sending the material (catalogs, cards, supplies, etc.), monitoring deliveries, setting up and dismantling the exhibition, welcoming and informing visitors, promoting the exhibition and associated events on site and coordinating relations with partners.
