      Represented the World Bank at the Dayton Peace negotiations and contributed to the drafting of Bosnia's 1995 Constitution. Co-led the joint EU-World Bank Consortium of 60+ donors that raised $5 billion for Bosnia’s post war economic stabilization and reconstruction. Managed Bosnia’s membership in the World Bank and oversaw the design and implementation of the World Bank's $1 billion lending program designed to deliver a quick peace dividend via reconstruction projects in education, health, transport, energy, water supply, demining, social protection among others.
