  Initiated a project to address inefficiencies within the atmospheric and thermal control systems; applied principles of pipe flow physics and heat transfer to develop an internal application utilizing node logic to map proposed pipe structures; outputs critical parameters such as CFM, pressure, velocity, pipe type, and length, enhancing system efficiency.Innovated and developed a custom pressure testing rig for rapid testing of life support mediums; the modular design allowed for multiple configurations and series testing. The data collected provided new insights into pressure drops (inH2O), offering fresh and accurate data after 5 years.Integrated newly acquired data into a hot-swap manifold using Creo; the newly designed technology reduced pre-flight maintenance time by 95% for life support systems, minimized overhead disassembly via the design of innovative air gates.
