  During my two years as a bar supervisor at NightQuarter I was responsible for one of 8 bars across the site. I managed a team of up to 8 bartenders for a patron volume up to 2500pax. This position taught me leadership skills and how to maintain team relationships while under pressure. I would also manage situations of conflict between staff and patrons through open communication and listening to all points of view.

  Developed MATLAB simulation to model food core temperature of refrigerated and frozen food during transit, utilising the finite difference method of temperature modelling in three dimensions. Created an excel interface for MATLAB code for users not familiar with the program. This interface allowed users to input design data into Excel interface to be read by the MATLAB code and print results in Excel.
