  Train and coach Delphi Technologies employees and suppliers in continuous improvement methods including Shainin Red X, Six Sigma, Robust Engineering, and Delphi Problem Solving. From late 2018 through 2020, I was assigned to support the Electronics & Electrification Business Unit sites in Singapore and Kokomo, IN to re-introduce Shainin Red X methods in that business unit. I coached 18 persons to Red X Apprentice certification in Singapore (via remote coaching) and almost 30 persons to Red X Apprentice certification at the Kokomo Technical Center and Kokomo Morgan Street Manufacturing Plant (via monthly visits and remote coaching).Provided on-site and on-line Robust Engineering training and coaching to a supplier developing a new technology for the Electronics & Electrification business unit.
