      After starting with Kinko’s in Santa Barbara CA, a year prior I was given a great opportunity to advance with the company and accepted a position at a San Francisco Branch as an AMT. With this promotion I was able to take charge of a team of computer service specialist as well as two digital print specialists to advance to and maintain one of the top five computer service departments in a store ranked eighth out of two thousand plus stores. My duties included but were not limited to: Ensuring a properly staffed department, Keeping an accurate and timely turnaround of all jobs given to my department as well as all jobs that came to the store, I was also in charge of training my staff as well as being asked by our regional manager to travel within the region and train other stores staff members to meet the companies expectations of excellence, and finally to install and maintain company computer and printer networks.       As a Field Network Engineer at CIO Solutions over the past four plus years has really brought my day to day troubleshooting and project management up to par with the current IT world in an Enterprise environment. As a member of the Cottage Hospital team we managed an above 90% FCR for most of my time with CIO. As a Remote Network Engineer. My responsibilities also include nightly backup audits for Cottage Hospital, accurate time keeping and notation of all phone tickets via the Connect Wise software, troubleshooting and repair for end users issues, (or find workarounds for users until proper escalation could be dispatched onsite,) communications between contracted companies at Cottage that we work closely with on many issues that may arise at the hospital on a daily basis, and proactive monitoring and maintenance for the hospital or any other company that CIO Solutions services.
