      As an Airfield Electrical Engineer, I am responsible for all airfield systems and associated infrastructure, including the installation and execution of AGL work in accordance with regulations and standards. This encompasses Runway, Taxiways, Aprons, ALCMS, PAPI, guidance signs, CCRs, and all related cables and infrastructure. My responsibilities include reviewing the design of all airfield electrical work for RWY, TWY, Apron, and other airfield systems (AGL, visual aids, NAVAIDS). I prepare shop drawings for work execution and submit them to the Consultant and the Civil Aviation Authority for approval. Additionally, I design airport guidance signs based on operator requirements and regulations. I also prepare construction schedules according to project requirements and develop bidding documents (plans and specifications) along with cost estimates for airfield electrical work. Furthermore, I create specifications and requirements for the Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) and the Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) system, ensuring compliance with airport requirements and ICAO regulations. Show less I am responsible for supervising and executing AGL work installations in accordance with ICAO standards. My duties include reviewing the design of RWY, TWY, and Apron, with a particular focus on airside elements such as AGL, cables, signs, PAPI, CCRs, floodlights, and ALCMS. I prepare bidding documents (plans and specifications), cost estimates for airfield electrical work, and construction schedules based on project requirements. Additionally, I submit design drawings to the Civil Aviation Authority for approval and follow up on comments until the design is fully approved. I also prepare shop drawings for execution and develop specifications and requirements for the Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) system in compliance with airport requirements and ICAO regulations. This includes conducting LUX studies for Apron stand lighting in accordance with regulations, reviewing CCR calculations and AGL circuits, and performing testing and commissioning of the AGL system at the project's conclusion, followed by handover to the client.
